The Fondation des jeunes de la DPJ is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie-Pierre Gazaille to the role of Senior Advisor, Communications. We have created this position to help shine a spotlight on our organization and mission and raise awareness of our impact on youths in the care of the DYP.
We are excited to welcome Marie-Pierre to the Fondation. With her extensive background in communications and knowledge of community-based ecosystems, she will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in elevating our organization’s presence and extending our reach.
Working as a strategic communications freelancer and consultant for 15 years, Marie-Pierre has had the opportunity to engage with many marketing, advertising, communications, and public relations agencies. She has consistently chosen projects with deep social impact, and over time, has developed a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups and the social issues facing the province.
In her recent role managing communications, partnerships, and government relations for a national non-profit organization, she has further honed her understanding of the community sector and the issues it deals with. Her inquisitive mind, attention to detail, and superb communication skills make her invaluable in advancing our mission to help society’s most vulnerable youths.
Having dedicated years to amplifying the voices of various organizations and promoting social and philanthropic initiatives, I’m thrilled to now step into my new role with the Fondation des jeunes de la DPJ. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to use my experience to help society’s most vulnerable children. It’s the noblest cause anyone can pursue.
